Terms of Sale and Digital Music License

OTWONO Enterprises LLC

Applies to music purchases made on otwonostudios.com.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Effective date: October 1, 2026

1. About these terms

1.1. These Terms of Sale and Digital Music License (“Sale Terms”) apply when you buy digital music from OTWONO Enterprises LLC (“OTWONO”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They are part of, and add to, the OTWONO Terms of Service.

1.2. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Sale Terms, the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.

1.3. You are buying a license, not the music itself. When you buy a song or album, you get a personal license to keep and enjoy the files, as described in section 7. OTWONO keeps ownership of the music, lyrics, artwork and all related rights.

2. What is for sale

2.1. Songs from a Moving Town (17 songs), digital album: $14.99 USD.

2.2. Individual songs from Songs from a Moving Town: $1.99 USD each.

2.3. The Long Way Home (the full soundtrack) is coming soon and is not for sale yet.

2.4. Both albums can be streamed for free on otwonostudios.com. Free streaming is for listening on our site only and is not a license to download, copy or reuse the music (see section 9).

2.5. How this music was made. The songs, lyrics and artwork of Songs from a Moving Town were created by OTWONO Studios with the help of AI tools, under our creative direction. The music was generated with Suno, and AI tools assisted with writing the lyrics and creating the images.

3. Prices and taxes

3.1. Prices are in US dollars. If tax applies to your purchase, it is shown before you pay.

3.2. If a price is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you have paid.

3.3. We may change prices at any time. A price change does not affect orders you have already paid for.

4. How to buy and pay

4.1. Purchases are made in a pop-up window on otwonostudios.com.

4.2. Payment is processed by PayPal. Depending on what PayPal offers you, you can pay with PayPal, Venmo, or a debit or credit card. Your payment is also subject to PayPal’s terms. OTWONO never receives or stores your full card details.

4.3. Your order is recorded by the OTWONO store on www.otwono.com, which keeps your name and email address as provided by PayPal, the items you bought, the amounts and PayPal’s order and payment reference numbers. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4.4. Your order is complete when PayPal confirms the payment. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or misuse, and will refund any payment we collected for it.

4.5. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make the purchase.

5. Delivery

5.1. After PayPal confirms your payment, a download link is shown on screen right away and is also emailed to you from noreply@otwonostudios.com. Please check your spam folder if it does not arrive.

5.2. You do not need to sign in to use the download link. Anyone who has the link can use it, so keep it private.

5.3. Your browser may also remember your download link on your device so the player can show your purchase (see the Cookie and Local Storage Notice).

5.4. What the album download contains. The Songs from a Moving Town download is a single ZIP file containing:

  • MP3 files of all songs;
  • the original WAV recordings where available (two songs exist only as MP3);
  • one continuous MP3 of the whole album;
  • cover art;
  • an Art Book and Lyric Book in PDF format;
  • wallpapers.

5.5. What an individual song download contains. An individual song download contains the song’s MP3 and its cover art. If you already own the album, the download button for a song from that album takes you to your album download instead, which shares the album’s download allowance.

5.6. The contents of a download may be improved over time (for example, better artwork or corrected metadata). We are not required to send you updated files.

6. Download limits

6.1. Each purchase allows three (3) downloads. Each completed file download counts as one.

6.2. Your download link does not expire. It works for three downloads.

6.3. Please save your files in a safe place and keep your own backup. After your downloads are used, we are not obliged to provide the files again.

6.4. If a download fails for a technical reason on our side, email billing@otwonostudios.com with your order email and PayPal receipt, and we will help, which may include restoring a download.

6.5. If a purchase is refunded, its download link stops working.

7. Your personal-use license

7.1. When your payment is confirmed, OTWONO grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to the files you bought, for as long as you follow these Sale Terms.

7.2. You may:

  • download the files and keep them on devices you own or control;
  • make copies for your own personal backup and to move the music between your own devices;
  • listen privately, for yourself and the people in your home;
  • use the wallpapers on your own devices;
  • view and print the Art Book and Lyric Book for your own personal use.

8. What you may not do

Unless OTWONO gives you written permission, you may not:

8.1. Share or redistribute the files, or any part of them, including by sending, uploading, file sharing, torrenting, or posting them anywhere others can get them.

8.2. Sell, resell, rent, lend, give away or transfer the files or this license.

8.3. Perform or play the music in public, including in a business, shop, restaurant, gym, event, broadcast, radio, podcast, livestream or public venue.

8.4. Synchronize (“sync”) the music with video or other media, including YouTube videos, TikTok or other social media videos, films, ads, presentations, games or apps.

8.5. Upload the music to any streaming, download or content service, including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud or similar platforms, or register it with any content identification system.

8.6. Use the audio, lyrics or artwork to train, fine tune, test or prompt artificial intelligence or machine learning models, or to create voice clones, imitations, “sound-alike” tracks or other AI-generated material.

8.7. Remix, sample, edit or make derivative works for anything other than your own private listening.

8.8. Use the music, lyrics, artwork or Bad Orbit characters for any commercial purpose, or in a way that suggests OTWONO endorses you.

8.9. Remove or change any copyright notices, credits or file information.

8.10. Get around the download limits or other technical protections.

9. Free streaming is not a license

Listening to music for free on otwonostudios.com, including any offline saving in the site’s player, is permitted only as part of using our site. It does not give you any of the rights in section 7 and does not replace a purchase.

10. Ownership stays with OTWONO

10.1. OTWONO and its licensors keep all rights, title and interest in the music, recordings, lyrics, artwork, Art Book, Lyric Book, wallpapers, Bad Orbit characters and names, to the full extent those rights exist.

10.2. All rights not expressly given to you in section 7 are reserved by OTWONO.

11. Termination for misuse

11.1. Your license ends automatically if you break section 8 or another part of these Sale Terms.

11.2. When your license ends, you must stop using and delete all copies of the files. We may also disable your download link.

11.3. A license ended for misuse is not entitled to a refund. OTWONO may also use any other remedies the law provides.

12. Refunds

Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

13. Warranty

13.1. We will deliver the files described in section 5. If a file is faulty or missing, please contact us and we will fix it, replace it or refund you as set out in the Refund Policy.

13.2. Apart from that, the disclaimers and limitation of liability in the Terms of Service apply.
